❗️❗️HYPERVERSE ANNOUNCEMENT❗️❗️Dear users, According to the old system version, an issue has been observed where reward consolidation will occur when having multiple membership purchases and hence the total daily rewards of all membership purchases is distributed and deducted from the pending amount on the earliest dated membership purchase order. This results in users viewing their pending reward amount as being deducted prematurely and not in sync with the reward balance. However, all daily rewards has been given a thorough check through and remains to be accurate with no deficit. Moving forward after the next scheduled system update goes live, distribution method will be set to base on each and every individual orders separately to prevent and solve the existing issue.
